1981 CB650c fuel/vacuum line routing help
« on: March 24, 2018, 10:37:39 AM »
I recently purchased my first bike, 1981 Cb650c, and the guy had the carbs off and allot of the old fuel lines removed, he said all it needed was a new accelerator pump which I got and installed, I screwed up the fuel line routing not knowing what I was doing and it caused it to leak fuel when I tried to start it and caught the bike on fire 😱😭. I have since required the bike and have almost everything go working order. I cannot for the life of me locate how to run the vacuum lines on it... the two small lines that are supposed to run to nipples on the carb, my carb doesn’t have any... will post pictures soon
1981 Cb650c (first bike) (hate this carb😠😡🤬😭)

I capped the lines see p. 7 & 39 vacuum-assisted petcock.  Other common vacuum leaks are at the carb boots.  I wound up buying new ones, problem solved.
