FYI, Yamiya has them back in stock for CB750K0-K6 after a long absence. Comes with the mounting hardware: https://www.yamiya750.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=246_145&products_id=231

Work and look fine. My K6 got that kit.
It had similar damper back in the 80's but mounted in frame with an exhaust clamp which gave some sloppy feeling. The cast alu  bracket that is included in that kit makes it much better.

So I bought one of these and installed it in less than 15 minutes. The instructions were in Japanese and although I didn't need them, I still wanted to see what they said. I scanned the instruction sheet with OCR software and put it through Google Translate and what I found was quite illuminating:

-- Please take care of me as I am not present. If you need a handle stopper Please make the other company negative goods.
-- If installation is complete, there will be no squadrons in the steering wheel handling during the Matsuyuki operation [I think this is a reference to a covert WW2 operation]
-- Please do a check and run on the boat without anything wrong.
-- After checking that there are no husbands, please ride in Japanese.

The damper is easy to find , its tge clamp on bracket that you need is harder to get.
Kawi used a tiny bracket welded to the frame, I cut one off to put on my bike years ago.

Hard to see exactly how to make it, but its clean looking.

That bracket for CB750 was sold everywhere back in early 80's as well as other today's hard to find parts.... ;)
I have an extra bracket plus two old dampers. One of them might be functional, not leaking that much :)

Yamiya was the only place I found that sold the damper and bracket.
