I'm in the process of restoring a bike that my father bought new in Japan in 1970.  Frame is being powdercoated, engine is apart and going back together.  Wanting to put it back together to be enjoyed by my family for years to come.  I'm looking for advice with:  needing new plastic covers, headlight bucket, how to have the aluminum pieces polished or best restoration advice, etc.
Original CB750Four, 1970
Removed the Windjammer fairing
Removed the saddlebags
Will be spending hours in the Forum, FAQs, etc.

Thank you for responding.  I do have a pic that I'm trying to upload--I'm on the back, about 8 yo.  I have the Japanese license plates that were on the bike in 1970 as well that I plan on putting back on it...
