1916 Cleveland Lightweight.

Today a buddy sent me a “before picture” of the Cleveland I restored in 2011. He went with me to pick it up and come through US Customs. Only picture I have....... This bike was built in the USA. It’s a two-stroke, with a two speed transmission (Hi and LO). Rear brake only, band brake operated by a foot pedal. Hand clutch lever, throttle is the push lever on the right bar. Fantastic machine! Before and After photos attached.

Thanks...... I’ve done a few WW1 bikes for a local collector, this is my favourite. Beautiful design and fabrication. Every detail is perfectly executed.
