Topic: Does anyone know OEM length of clutch cable

Looking at OEM clutch cable vs. custom clutch cable length.  This is for a 1976 CB550 model.  I have a MotionPro on Dash now and it is custom but considering installing an OEM

I have Norman Hyde M bars on there (not original obviously) so considering going back to OEM unless the length is substantial and then off for custom length.

Overall Length: 51.375"
Housing Length: 48.75"
Cable Freeplay: 3"


 Aftermarket cables are often slightly different. From the 4into1.com website:

 53 1/4" total length
49 7/16" inner housing (including threaded adjuster)
47 15/16" inner housing (not including threaded adjuster)
3 1/8" free play

Motion Pro brand:

53" total length - 49.5" inner housing - 3.5" slack
