Hello Everyone,

My names Chris, I am 26 and I just bought a 1975 Honda CB550! I stumbled across this forum while looking for parts/guides. As you guessed it, I am working on turning mine into the classic cafe racer style. Anyways, so far i've taken as many old parts off as I can and started looking for parts. I have many questions (mainly on wiring), but I am excited about the project overall. Thanks!

Thanks guys! I may just let go some of those old parts.

My main concern right now is the wiring. I have found a replacement harness online, but ive seen guys make their own. While im not there yet, its the item I know will be tough.

Just remember that if you don't cut the frame the bike can be restored to original easily sometime in the future.  Like when you are in your 50s.
