Tire hugger plate mount for 750?

Does anyone know of someone who makes a tire hugger plate mount similar to the one in the photo or modified one for another bike to work? Or are they all just one-offs? If so, has anyone had any success making one? Look forward to your input, thanks!

 Do I think it looks bad.. yeah actually I do . I think off axle or rear of swingarm could look better..
 To be legal here it has to be lit..

I have a lighted frame that I plan to extend and route the wires to depending on where I end up mounting it.
