Found a 78 CB750. As long as the seller doesn't back out I should have this tonight. Then i can take my green 74 550 and strip in for parts and ride this 750 untill the chopper is done.

Gurp,

I have a chrome 550 valve cover and a chrome oil filter housing I would part with if you want some dress up parts for your chop. The chrome on both is in good shape although you would need to source end caps and adjuster covers separately as the chrome on the ones from this cover were in poor shape. The cover and filter house chrome is excellent.

Looks like my luck run thin. Guy wanted me to transfer title then and there. I have to take the bike and title for a out of state inspection to transfer the KY title to Ohio.
Might still get lucky but doubtful...
Danny I'd possibly be interested in that vavle cover

FB marketplace be like that sometimes. Some people don't abide by the usual CL karma system, and will just sell to the first person to show up, even if you're on your way.

This guy had some weord issues selling the bike to someone out of state. Paranoid as he wanted the title transfered before the bike left.
