Need help with push throttle cable
« on: May 31, 2019, 02:13:17 pm »
For whatever reason I can’t seem to get my push cable far enough to catch on the latch? hook? Am I missing something? Is there a trick to this? The pull cable on the top fits perfectly well but the on on the bottom seems to short by about 5 mm when I pull it, and I’m sure it’s the right cable.

I bought two different cables 1 from 4into1.com and a second I had ordered from I local shop called motion pro. Both are the same length but for whatever reason there doesn’t seem to be enough wire to go around the bottom.

You’re not doing anything wrong. If the inner cable  is too short to reach, it’s the wrong cable. Do you still have your old one? How do they compare?

Unfortunately the old one kind of unraveled to I couldn’t really tell the length.
