I don't know who is doing proper set up for weight and riding style these days...Ikon has the potential for greater adjustability
If it works good, it looks good...

Ikon will put the proper spring on the shocks if you ask them. At least they did for mine a couple years ago. Then it has the spring stiffness adjustment as all shocks do plus the rebound damping adjustment.

Talk to Nils @RestoCycle in Tucson, mention you are a SOHC4 member, small discount, and he can fit the proper springs for you on an adjustable or non-adjustable set of Ikons. Better total prices than the other US Ikon dealer I am pretty sure...
Go with adjustable if you can spring for the extra cash...

I can't speak to Hagon, but I am very pleased with the Ikons on my K1. When I ordered they called to confirm 180 lbs weight for the correct spring. I like them enough that I got a pair for a CB350 I'm working on. I may get another pair for my other CB750, though I'm tempted to use Hagon on that just to be able to compare them to Ikon. For what it's worth I chose Ikon for my K1 because they appear closer to original and are rebuildable.

I just recently bought a pair of IKONs from Roger at IKON Suspension USA.
Had to wait for 6 weeks for the all black version I wanted as they had to come all the way from Oz, and shipping has been impacted significantly by Covid.
He sized the spring for me.
Still waiting to install them, but they look pretty.

I had trouble sourcing a pair of Hagon shocks last year, the dealer I had gotten them from him for years, Dave Quinn in Danbury,CT. had abruptly closed their doors after a couple decades.. where did you source your Hagon's ??

I went with the 7610-1302 adjustable Ikons and also got the progressive fork springs for my 550k.   I was told to mention that I was a SOHC4 user and Roger gave me a 10% discount.  It ended up being $570 shipped to my door and it was the hands down best upgrade I have done to the bike.  They are 4-way rebound adjustable and it can be changed in literally a minute each side.  The bike is completely transformed in how it handles now and I can confidently say it was money well spent.  I also weigh 180lbs but honestly even if you gained a ton of weight all you would have to do is use the spanner wrench they come with and change the preload and you'd be good to go.  Mine are 2.5 years old and still look and feel brand new.  You'll be rolling over manholes and barely noticing them and scraping pegs in the twisties just like I was when I went for my first ride with them.

I have Ikons on both my bikes.
One has with progressive springs, the other not progressive.
The progressive spring make big difference.

Better handling and more comfortable.
Both have chromed caps to look like stock.

The progressive Ikons bought from Classic City Cycle on eBay.de.
