Went to a local estate auction last Saturday because there was a 1966 305 Dream being sold. ThoughT if I could buy it right, would be next winter's project. Foul tank, rusty spokes, dirty, but decent paint and 9000 miles. Bid to $200 (maybe worth $300). I lost track of the number of bidders SOLD FOR $3600 (YES THREE-THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS)!!!   WTF

Some serious collectors track auctions like this. I can't believe they get those kind of prices for 305's but I guess if someone wants something bad enough.........
