A picture with better focus and a reference for size would be a great help!  I'd say it is an axle spacer but I can't tell if it is 1/2" in diameter or 2" in diameter.

Looks like rear axle spacer, brake hub side

Rear axle spacer brake side on 77 or 78 K , if it's from a 750.
