The wife, eldest son, and I just watched the video "Freedom to Fascism" by Russo.

Now I'm to mad to sleep.

Hmm...

I watched the 15 minute trailer.  I consider myself a liberal.  Just the sound of Bush's voice gives me a compulsive urge to dry heave (seriously!).

But this video looks finely composed and compiled.  It's easy to make something sound evil and underhanded when taken out of context, and it looks like there's a lot of video editing and text swapping going on.  And putting up big bolded statements read by an ominous baritone to make them look like quotes doesn't actually make them quotes.  A little bit too much conspiracy theory for my blood.

And to quickly hijack the thread:
Honestly I don't like my government.  It's full of self righteous clowns (on both sides) who are so full of pride and corrupted by power and/or money that they refuse to support their constituents.  When a government based on freedom of speech starts to call public dissent a crime, it's time to either (a) change the government, or (b) get the hell out of Dodge.  And when half the people in America came to rally behind the president TWICE, the latter option is looking to be more feasible.
Hijack done!  ;D

That's one I'm watching also. Putting aside the possible gov't misuse, it sounds like one-stop-shopping for the identity thieves.
We'll all be someone else's PO some day.

My God, the interviewer obviously has no clue what she's talking about. She doesn't even know enough to know what questions to ask! And her comments are retarded!!
