It all started here.

For those of you that don't visit the High Performance and Race Forum, on the 7th December 2011, Russ Collins Jnr joined the forum to tell us of his intentions to rebuild his fathers two iconic drag bikes, the Sorcerer and the AT&SF.
We formed a supporters club and raised nearly $4,000 to get the projects underway.
It's been a long haul for several reasons but both bikes are almost ready to roll again.
The team, RC Legacy Motor Sports  have taken on board Tom McCarthy, a top Journalist and Photographer to keep everyone updated.
Here's a link to Tom's first release and if you read right down to the bottom where the credits are, you will see we get a mention.

Boy, that raises the little hairs on the back of my neck! I remember seeing all the stories in the magazines, and all those R/C 750 parts that riders brought for installation, the famous 1000cc kits...wow!

Russ Collins parts/ designs are still making fantastic results! ;)
My K6 cam has RC295 scratched under it's washer. The best cam it has used. Civilized and wild when needed. I doubt I can find anything better.

As of today 3/13/2012 my original owner 75 CB750F has made it through 3 wives, er EX-wives. Free at last.  ;-)

Stev-0, keep an eye out in the Hypo and Race forum where I post when something new comes up.
We have had Russ's very first thread going since the 7th December 2011.
The target time for the first launch will be at The Manufacturers Cup race at SGMP in November if everything goes to plan.

Yes, Dynoman keeps the RC heritage alive. I bought the DP315 that same engine had for a while.
I tested other cams during a few days in my K6 1005cc. Megacycle 125-25 and finally a used a mystic cam I found on eBay USA. The seller did not know which cam it was.
I found RC295 scratched on its side under the washer. Data of RC295 matched what I saw when I timed it. I used it with old NOS RC836 pistons to start with. Now Mikes Billet block 1005cc .

Huge improvement! It pulls really hard from low all the way up. Good idle and response in general. I have not tested the CX-7 cam with existing 1005 cc, 836 only, it came more after 6500. I guess the DP315 and 125-25 are designed for higher CR like 12.5 and more.

Russ Collins made a perfect cam profile (295) back in the days that can continue to make our CB750's happier.
