Being from Massachusetts, I've been following this pretty closely. It has since come out that the Massachusetts RMV had THOUSANDS of notifications of out-of-state violations in bins that we never acted on. The drug arrest in Texas should have resulted in the loss of his CDL but evidently the RMV had better thing to do than follow up on stuff like that. Seven people had to die to bring this to light. The Registrar had to fall on her sword over it, but that is all that will happen. Shameful!
I'll bet all the toll billing systems are running at optimal efficiency.
I will not get into his immigration status or the politics of Massachusetts...... 'nuff said.
