NEW QUARTERLY BIKE OF THE MONTH PRIZE
« on: July 18, 2019, 10:16:36 PM »
NEWSFLASH: To help re-invigorate nomination and voting participation in Bike of the Month, our very own Nils Menten aka NobleHops from RestoCycle is sponsoring (going forward) a Quarterly Prize drawn randomly from the winners of the Bike of the Month.  So get to nominating and voting on your favorite bikes!!

The winner will have the option of redeeming either:

(1) $100 off a new pair of IKON shocks from IKON Shocks, USA (http://www.ikonshocksusa.com); or

(2) Two hours' credit (a $140 value) from RestoCycle towards a vapor blasting project (http://www.restocycle.com).

NOTE: shipping is excluded from each award.

IKON shocks are the direct successor to KONI and RestoCycle offer custom springs with every order to fit your application and weight at no additional charge. Ikon shocks offer superior performance to NOS shocks and are rebuildable and serviceable. Models range from the super-value 76 series to the classic damping-adjustable 7610 and 7614 series, and can be ordered in many combination of chrome or black bodies, springs and colors to suit your taste.  All Ikon shocks are rebuildable and RestoCycle carries a full set of service and rebuild parts for fast service. www.ikonshocksusa.com

Vapor Blasting is a metal restoration process that uses a slurry of water, abrasive, detergents and compressed air to gently scour away years of corrosion, oxidization, and yellowed clearcoat on aluminum parts, leaving a smooth, lustrous finish that will look great for years to come. Vapor blasting is also excellent prep for paint or powdercoat.  Information on vapor blasting and RestoCycle's service can be found on their website here: https://www.restocycle.com/vapor-blasting

No way Per, Big Chief Yellowface might only be a second generation American, but he don't like you wannabe immigrants! ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

"Crazy is a very misunderstood term, it's a fine line that some of us can lean over and still keep our balance" (thanks RB550Four)
