Should I have 2 Tees? 1977 CB550f

I bought the bike with two tees installed on my 77 CB550F.

I'm not getting fuel to at least one of the cylinders. Thanks

 It looks like some big old 1/4" car fuel hose. I prefer the metric proper fuel line for bikes. Not sure why there are three fuel lines. Does the petcock have two outlets? If so one line should run to each pair of carbs. Someone may have been fixing a nonexistent problem.

 Holy crap, none of that is stock.


 You should have two outlets on the petcock going to two inlets on the carbs. The fuel line enters on the front/engine side of the crossbar that holds all 4 carbs together.
 Get some 5.5mm fuel line and get rid of all that crap.

The vin says it's a 550F SuperSport, and it has a single outlet on the fuelcock.

I'll call around and see if anyone has 5.5mm fuel line.

I have a two outlet fuel valve made for your machine, you can have it if you pay the shipping.

 You can use the vinyl clear or colored 3/16 fuel line but it's not as fire resistant as the rubber fuel line.

 One of us should find a source of the good stuff and buy a roll of it, then re-sell bike sized kits. Would probably be less expensive.

I'm gonna buy some Rubber from the Honda Cycle shop on Monday. I took my carburetor off so you could get a better look at it.

Shipping cost these days makes that idea unprofitable.

 If you flip the carbs around you can see two holes in the main stay or bracket for the hoses to route through.

 Ebay and 4into1.com both sell 5.5mm fuel line by the foot. I buy a few feet at a time.

I would be amazed if that set up didn't leave a trail of gas where ever it went.  I tried the 1/4" automotive fuel lines once in a pinch.  Pissed like a race horse all over the ground.  The 5.5mm Honda tubing is the best as it will not kink in a tight radius.
