carb breathers?

Hey I got a question, where do those two T lines hook up to that are between 1 and 2, 3 and 4. I read somewhere that they are air vents?

[img]if they are big one they are fuel inlet, dont remember vents being teed

They areT's on my '80 CB650. What bike do you have? What kind of carbs?
