We try to just send them away when we are bird hunting, don't really like to kill them. But you have to sometimes, can't have them around people and pets. If you want to capture them those snake hooks work really well, doesn't even piss them off. A buddy of mine has one and we used to catch them in the desert to show the Boy scouts on camping trips. Just scoop them up and put them in a 5 gallon bucket with a lid.
Seriously they aren't bad eating either.
