CB350F Carb Trouble

Hello! I've been a long-time lurker to these forums and I have to remark on the wealth of knowledge contained here. That said, I have an issue with my newly-rebuilt carbs. The vacuum pressure is really low and running very lean as you can see/hear from this short video. Before I pull them off and inspect/tinker, I though I'd ask advice. Any suggestions? Thanks!

If the vac is low check that the carb rubbers are tight at the clamps and no holes or tears. Also make sure the valves are properly adjusted. If you have a propane torch you can  use it UNLIT and direct a flow of propane around the offending carb and its boot. If the rpm's rise then you have an air leak.

@jgger I clamped the carb rubbers down pretty good, but I'll check again. As for the valves, you're referring to the tappet clearance?
