Ppl are outrageous. Selling "NOS HONDA SCREWS" for 99cent screws and charging 7 dollars to ship. Disgusting.

Anyway, I need this screw for my 1972 K2 CB 750 Tach cable - where it goes into the cylinder head. It is Fiche part number 93500-05025-0A seen in the fiche below as item number 14.

Its aM5 25mm or "5X25"  The length is just over an inch, maybe 1.25 inches

Will any m5 X 25 do like the one linked from Home Depot?

i used one on mine and it worked fine.  stainless is a good idea.  there is an ace hardware down the road from me that has a nice selection of stainless and chrome hardware in metric sizes.

Thanks!!

I was thinking about switching to HEX head to avoid screw stripping, which is what im dealing with now. Does the "0.8" in this description mean anything? Can I still use it?

That’s the thread diameter, threads/mm and grip length of the screw.

Hmmm. The stripped screw is still in the cylinder head. Havent gotten it out yet. I have no idea of the OEM screw has the same thread diameter as the Hex screw I posted. Hmmmmm. Not sure what to do.
