1977 CB750f throttle cables to carburetor linkage.

Can anyone help me identify where the throttle pull/push cables connect to the carburetor on a 1977 CB750f. The push cable seems to be in the right spot however i am having issues with the location for the pull cable. I am using shorter control cables for a cafe racer conversion.

 It looks like the push, but on the other side of the carb linkage. Did you take them off?
