Head stud nut washers-copper, special nut rubber coated washers, orifice o-rings, head gaskets is what i'm looking for. any suggestions of brands in the upper end range of quality? any responses are highly appreciated.
Other options include but are not limited to:
#1: rob parts from other motors sitting around.
#2: buy ridiculously high priced "new old stock" parts, just guessing would run upwards of $100.00+ for the 13 items listed above.
#3: buy complete over-priced gasket sets of said higher quality made in taiwan or china that might or might not work for a short time.
#4: settle for discounted specialized department store look alike parts that work ok for a couple of years if your bike is only trailered from show to show, but has an over-all service life of up to 12 full months before it deteriorates if you actually ride the motorcycle.
#5: wing it. improvise with plain common hardware in bolt bins, and , preferably manufactured 20+ years ago, before the idea of getting on the same band wagon of china's market monopoly strategy of sales being the sole priority, while quality and quality control has been completely eliminated in production line of absolutely everything it makes.
