Thanks very much sir! Now for some problem, during disassembly!  Fold over lock washer decenteragraded upon un folding! (Probably benn apart before, lol). I need to ride before new one arrives? I know it's a gamble but hear are my options.
1- use the broken washer, put in in 2 halves, (it won't come out, ) fold over as normal?
2- use the broken washer, don't fold it, add locktite?
3- use the washer and locktite with fold?
I have a short, 40mile, ride this weekend fathers and son's thing.
What are my chances?
Thanks.

I did 3.
While doing the hub mod, I also repaired my clutch lever start switch. I had ordered it a while back and just let it lay. Install went easy, remove lever, push wires through hole, push switch home.  Reverse my bypass wiring at solonoid .Upon test startup, I noticed it would still start in gear, with clutch lever out? I removed lever again, held switch in , and no start in gear. The problem was the switch goes a little too deep in the hole, only bout 1/8in. The switch was such a tight fit, i just backed it out a short amount and now its fine. Would like to know what the problem was? Did the oem lever have a raised pad to push switch? Or because this is actually a brake switch, was their a slight difference in length?
Was raining yesterday, and now also, when I finished the clutch install, so no test ride yet. But I did start it in shop, revved it until it would idle, it did seem to go into 1st without the cold oil gear grinding noise. Before the mod, until the oil warmed, all shifts were a tad rough. Hope this cures that. Maybe test ride later, rain should stop later today.
Ps-im using new stock, unshimmed,  clutch springs, no slippage, even with the 836. When friends ride it, lots of complements on easy lever pull.

Was it a genuine or pattern switch?

Test drove today. Can u get the clutch hub nut tooo tight???
Hard to get neutral now.
Shifts better than before while rolling.
Kick starter harder to push?
What the 1134 have I done?
Since the washer was broke, and I was going back into in a couple days, I let the dewalt 886,20v impact driver take the nut home(With the correct 4 prong socket).
Could it be tight causing this?
Seems like many a bike I've clutched, had a lot looser nut?(now I'm the loose Nut).
Think I've got it way more than 33 ftlb???
Well, first mistake I e ever made?

Changed my oil, went with rotella. Shifts way better now, but still hard to get neutral at idle. I replaced the bend over washer and tq nut to 30ftlb. Basket not beat up. Washed all clutch pieces in fresh oil. Hard to get N. What could I have done? Before I drilled hub, shifting was notchey, but finding N was easy. Only way to get N now is rev engine, then I can find it. Help. I'm tearing back into later today for another inspection.
