Complete re-wire

Anyone in the north west prt of Florida around Pensacola/Crestview area that is a guru?  I am having to wire from scratch. I got it running but something isnt right i just need a professional to look at it.

Perhaps a bit more of an explanation?

Did you use the stock components? What isn’t working?
