New member from London, UK

Hi all, after 30 years of riding on and tinkering with Vespa and Cheetak scooters I have made the jump to a 1977 CB550k.
I love it and it's driving me mad as it does not work as it should, but I have already learnt loads on this forum and hopefully will be fine soon.

Keep up the good work!

Michele

Hi, Michele,
Excellent choice of machine, I used to have one back in the 1980's and have just bought a 1979 CB550F2, if very good condition but as with any 40yr old bike does have a job list.

If you get stuck with anything or need to find any particular spares feel free to ask.

Cheers Rob.

Hi all and apologies for the delay in replying, but I never got any notification and did not check back my own post (why would I??)
Anyway, thank you @robbie-box, @spotty and  @MD for welcoming me. The bike runs a bit better but I still have not had the time to make it run great, so I will do the usual series of checks as advised on this forum before I post any questions!
Cheers!

Thank you, frenchy51!
I was in California and Western US on holiday a few weeks ago....so many roads I wish I was riding a bike rather than driving a rather large RV!!!
