It's time for a proper introduction. That's not as pretentious as you may think. Then again I don't know what you may think. I'm new to the forum, I like what I've seen. I like what I've read and I like who I've met. I love the sense of community, as virtual as it may be. The idea of belonging and the definition of "community" have changed in recent years. I have dozen of friends, partners and enemies I've never seen. I've studied my share of internet culture, both formally and not, and I've fallen in love with its ability to equalize the masses. A guy that gets no respect from his spouse and his co-workers can build a bad-ass bike and bully members on a forum. Good for him! Give restitution its due. And a chap with Queen Marys full of cash can dump it all into a garbage can, tw*t of a bike and the likes of you can critique the smug bastard for his lack of taste in tanks and seats and such. Bravo, I say. But have the lot of you stopped to consider what really matters? None of that bs and f***all. There are two reasons why each and every one of us have chosen to register here: A. Gain Knowledge B. A sense of belonging. Anyone who stands hindering the path between either of these goals and anyone here, is no friend of mine. I'm direct, I'm honest and I care about the common goal of people alike. Those ready to share knowledge and gain a friend, borders aside, I'm Joshua, nice to meet you. For those so easily enticed to p**s on others' cornflakes with the goal of making yourselves feel better, p**s off! If I've said a thing to offend you today, so be it. If I've struck a chord with you then I'm glad to either make your acquaintance or likewise glad to part ways with you.
Drunk,
Heiro
