Are the ones in those sizes actually radials?

The only radials I have ever seen that come in SOHC4 sizes are the Conti Classic Attack. Some of the Roadtec's are radial, but not the sizes you listed.

Yes that was my thinking too. I haven't tried the Contis yet, I would quite like to do so but they are remarkably expensive.

Yes that was my thinking too. I haven't tried the Contis yet, I would quite like to do so but they are remarkably expensive.

i considered them when I was putting new tires on my bike this spring, but I ended up going with Meztler Sport Klassics. They are bias ply, but I am really happy with the performance. I took a long trip that included The Dragon and many winding roads in TN, NC, SC, and KY and the performed fantastic. Much better than I ever experienced with my bargain basement Shinko's (although those tires are a great value for a bike that is mostly cruising and around town riding).
