I would try and straighten it. Some heat will be needed to get that wrinkled bit straight. I have straightened a few that were cranked to one side or twisted so one leg is higher than the other, but not with a bend right by the web. The forks are not highly stressed, the web around the axle slot and shock mount carry the weight of the bike and the legs pretty much just hold the axle in position. Excepting sidecar use, side load is not huge. You have some moment from the tire contact patch in corners, and the chain force, but almost all load is perpendicular to the axle.
