Aftermarket speedometer/tach reccomendations for cb750
« on: September 26, 2019, 09:34:56 am »
So I am looking for an aftermarket speedo/tach unit for my café build. Anyone have any recommendations for a quality all-in-1 speedo/tach unit preferable with indicators?

My 1978 cb750f uses the old school instrument cables, not sure the technical name.  Havnt found many aftermarket instruments that accommodate the old school instrument cables.

Thanks, friends!
- sorry if this is an M-unit electronic specific forum, let me know and ill delete and move.

I’m going to be listing this soon - from Speedhut and uses gps for speed and wire from the ignition coil for rpm so no need for the stock cables. I also have a bracket to fit the stock triple. Has indicator lights, 0-60 times, max speed, 1/4 mile time, etc...

This is what I just put on my bike. its small and has everything. speedo/tach/odometer/warnings. It's a cool little piece. The fuel level indicator is optional so unless you switch it on and give it a signal, that corner stays blank. Plus the max RPM isn't like 16k so it doesn't look like you took a modern sport bike gauge and slapped it on.
