Final drive deal seating

Does this seal need to be redone? The case has been bolted down with Threebond. The seal has Threebond around it as well. What are my options?

Is it leaking?
As of today 3/13/2012 my original owner 75 CB750F has made it through 3 wives, er EX-wives. Free at last.  ;-)

New seal? Can you get a wood paint stir stick in there? Then pry between the wood and the gear with a screwdriver and see if the top of the seal moves in a bit? Otherwise, leave it alone. It is unlikely to leak, and no harder to change when it is in the bike, than on the bench.......
