Cb750k (1972) value question

Hello everyone
Would like to know where does a 1972 cb750k stands between 1969-78 in terms of collectible and price value.

I have the opportunity to get an all original one owner stock bike with under 20k miles.

In southern Ontario, depending on condition and originality, $3-6,000. It should have HM341 pipes and if they are excellent and the bike is all original, top of the scale. I see people asking more, but those bikes don’t seem to sell......
