CB 750 with only 36km...

Amazing, this was stored for 40 years and not driven (well, 36 km). The guy is listening to offers... Here in Spain, just don´t believe it  ::) ::) ::) ::)

Bike has a lovely patina of grime everywhere except for the instruments.  Edges of glass face look quite clean and the 10th's digits look pretty white.  Funny that.

Yeah dials are a bit suspicious in how clean they are. It is a beautiful bike though. I'd love to see it cleaned up and what condition its REALLY in with all that grime cleaned off. A gem with that original exhaust though.

Should be something if a K0 !!
K1-K2 next, then K6.
K7 is not that popular here.

Different for a K7 owner that has owned it since new or almost new.

36km...man...I don't know. Gauges sure look new for a 77. With the way the rest of the bike looks I would think there to be some patina on those gauges. Can't read the info. Wonder if she is locked up?

I don’t believe it. Look closely at the ignition switch. it’s all beat up.

At 36 km, I would expect  tits on the tires, and chain not adjusted far back..
It does still have some plastic on the dash..

Possible but unlikely. The protective film is still on the idiot light panel. The instruments are so much cleaner than everything else though. The keyhole does look more used than it should. Tire condition is not really visible but they should have all the sprue teats undamaged. A physical inspection would tell if it's really "new" in a few minutes, if the seller has reasons why that is impossible be very very wary.
In 50 years I have come across two brand new old bikes for sale, one still in its crate. Both had interesting but believable stories and could be inspected by potential buyers.

Yeah it's like an hour or two of use if it's  actual miles.

A lot of people here used to cover over their clocks to stop the sun fading them - you still see it at bike meets even now, there'll be a few bikes with a cloth over the clocks.

That said, I'm pretty suspicious of this one, howcome the centre stand has got so dirty, seems odd.

I am not going to try and guess if its legit or not from a couple of pictures but will say that if I was going to take a pictures to show off the low mileage I would wash off the speedo and tach so people could see it well.

Can anyone tell me though, what would the state of the internals be? Like imagining this was kept in a garage under a tarp.. would it be rusty inside if it were truly this infrequently used? Like these bikes are absolute troopers but it'd probably almost certainly require a rebuild to work, right?

If tank is rusty inside the engine will be rusty too. If piston rings and bores have been in same position for long time with wet air, bores must be very rusty in need of a rebore.
0.5mm oversized pistons will not be enough, 0.75-1,0mm might work. I know since I have recently bought a rusty cylinder where 2 sleeves had to be replaced to match the +0.5mm pistons I have for it. I should have bought +1mm pistons. I have a part hording friend that had used stock sleeves on the shelf.

Head job and rebore is my guess if tank has loads of rust inside. Engine hopefully with oil inside, if not the entire engine to be taken apart and clean the rust out. It might be rusty internals anyway that need to be flushed out with some oil changes between running engine until warm.

No rust in tank, spray thin oil in the plug holes and carefully move the crank by the kick starter to feel if stuck.
