Howdy fellow Honda CB fans.my names Evan.im 29.and while ive just recently formally joined this awesome community of yours i must admit i have spent my fair share of time pilfering all the great info this site offers from the shadows.so for the countless times this forum has helped me over a hurdle i want to say thank you guys(nd gals) so very much.you guys have made this hobby/passion soo much more accessible and fun for me and i look forward to getting to know you folks more as time goes by.

Now to the good stuff!
I recently picked up a 73 cb500 for $1000.i over payed a tad but it has a title and next to no rust so its worlds better then past projects.the basics:
73 cb500 four.21k miles.Few mods being MAC system,dyna s,cheapy uber cafe pod filters,decent clipons.new chain.new oem switch.new cables.
Bike was running piss poor as im sure u coulda guessed.wldnt rev past 6k.leaks fuel.and has a yamaha master cylinder.definetly needs some sorting but overall isnt far away.ill detail plans in a build thread soon.sorry this is already longer then I intended.thanks again everyone and ill see ya around!
