400F - How to remove tach drive?
« on: November 17, 2019, 06:50:50 PM »
There is this little clip, sort of like a piston clip. And a recess to be able to get at it with a tool. However I'm using my tiny needlenose pliers and I can't grab it. They just slip off when I try to pull. It feels like I need a special tool or something.

Rotate the E clip so you can see the open end. press it down and it will drop out.

thanks, got it. I had already pressed it out this way but didn't realize that was far enough. Didn't think to pull on the drive ;)
