CB400F diy fender stay spacers

What type of plastic would you guys use to make a couple of these guys?

The fellas at work have a 3D printing machine, but no scanner. They'd have to draw the spacers up in CAD, which is much more work than to just saw, drill and file two small nibs of plastic, seems to me. They talked about using nylon, but I don't remember if they said it would or wouldn't melt in the sun.

As for me, I can get PVC and ABS easily at the hardware store.

Any idea?

Any of those plastics would be perfectly fine for this, and certainly won't melt
