Great start. If you need any parts I may have you covered.
As of today 3/13/2012 my original owner 75 CB750F has made it through 3 wives, er EX-wives. Free at last.  ;-)

Looks good but you might have issues assembling the fork trees / tubes as it looks like the insides of the fork and stem clamps are powder coated.  The PC can be 10 to 20 thou thick easy. One thing to note on the timken's is that if you don't use a lower spacer under the bearing, the neck might rub the lower tree. I didn't use one on my 78K 750 and had to clearance the  lower tree to keep the 2 from rubbing. I only painted the lower tree so it wasn't much of a problem touching up.

Powder coat is normally only .002-.003 thick...
Don't fix it if it ain't broke!

Not where a I get it from.   I generally machine the stuff off on things like forks. It might be as thin as 0.003" on corners but the stuff I've seen is pretty thick on the flats. Touch the tool on the PC and it don't clean up until 0.010 to 0.020 later.  Even if its 0.003" thick it means the gaps on the pinch areas will increase by over 0.009"  If using top pinch washer forks, you'll have problems.

Since PC can be a PITA to remove, how did you remove it?

Something very gratifying about bolting nice clean shiny things back on the bike.  Your engine looks new as well as all the parts.  NICE JOB!
