Lived in Toronto for ages and my three kids went to school with his first daughter. They all loved him, coolest Dad on the planet.......... and he rode motorcycles!

After the sudden death of his daughter and wife, he embarked on a 30K + mile solo moto journey in an effort to heal.  From that, he wrote a book titled “Ghost Rider”.  It’s a great read and it inspired me to ride solo coast to coast with a similar end result.  My thanks to Mr. Peart.

He did an interesting interview for the AMA magazine several years ago.  He would ride his motorcycle from city to city while on tour rather than flying or riding on a tour bus.

Wish I still had the magazine.  I would like to read the interview again.

Rush was part of the soundtrack of my youth, but I never saw them in concert until I took my son to see them for the R40 tour in 2015.
