I don't think so - you could try it, but it would take a lot of wiring magic. I have a '73 CB500 K that is in desperate need of a new harness, and after trying several different models and years, none would work without major modifications. I have the bike at a shop, and the labor price would be staggering for them to do it.
Why not attempt to recreate your exisiting harness? It is a lot of work, but if you use the original as a template, it would be a job well worth it. You could become an electrical Guru!
