Just a few pic's to give a overall idea, had a lot of fun with it, though not exactly the most suitable bike. Did manage to do 110mph on the French highway just before running out of petrol, with wife and kid and full camping package.

I am digging your build what did you do for your mounts?  I am looking at sticking a hack on my 750 chop since my leg is getting more and more useless.

Sorry to hear that your leg is giving you so much trouble but I would seriously council against fitting a sidecar to your copper.
In my opinion  that combo would only end in tears.

I have a sidecar on my touring bike.  I'm only raked about 3deg out and 3 over but was considering going with a grinder front end to reduce trail.
