Brother in law's new bike
« on: February 11, 2007, 08:02:18 AM »
My brother in law is always able to find incredible deals on fantastic motorcycles.

He picked up this '81 BMW R100s for $2200 a few weeks ago.  Less than 30k on the clock, too!  FROM A DEALERSHIP!

He then subsequently bought a sort-of-running '71 BSA A65T Thunderbolt for $750, and has parted it out on Ebay for more than $3,000.  Easily paid for his new Beemer  :o

Beautiful BMW though...  He's trying to talk me into picking up a 1974-1976 R90s, but I don't think I have the $$$!  I'll stick to my SOHC for now I guess  ;D
