Rocky CB750 overbore piston ring set.
« on: February 02, 2020, 12:22:09 PM »
Hello

I have 4 Rocky over bore piston sets for CB750, size S12 (+4,00mm), part nr. 05-3912. I have not mesured them with micrometer.
The problem is I have only 3 ring sets for CB750, size S12 (+4,00mm), part nr. 06-3912. I have not mesured them with micrometer. Probably CB750 SOHC standard compression ratio. Have to find them somewhere on a shelf and check.

Where can I find one Rocky ring set or a identical set? Any ideas?

I have one CB750A engine in a basket and imagine to make a +4,00mm overbore spare engine. I don´t know if I will need one!;-)

The Rocky rings are now made by RIK brand. They were always Japanese parts, now made (I think) in Thailand. You should also be able to use the Cruzinimage 836cc rings (+4.00 size), also made there.
