changes to a 18 inch rim 78 cb750k, which spokes to get

Im looking at changing my 1978 cb750k rear rim to a 18 inch, i will be keeping the 78 hub and buy new spokes, can i just buy the 70-76 spoke kit without any issues, any help would be much appreciated

yes.  The 70-78 rear hubs are identical.
