Mick, those are chainsaw motors.  I forgot the name of the company, but they did that drag bike to celebrate an anniversary.

Contact me for affordable rotor drilling services at $55 each rotor. Same day service on CB750/CB500/CB550 rotors. Next day on everything else.

I saw a vid on the tomahawk and while it looks impressive, and goes straight pretty well, I question its turning. the tires are mounted independently of each other to allow for lean. While that might be a good idea, there are so many moving parts that I think a person might spend more time maintaining the thing than riding it.
