Went down to this show.

It was complete waste of time.

Boobie girls were a joke. Like a cabage wrapped in a rubber band.

ONLY HARDLEY FURGEUSON and MASEY DAVIDSON.

POS of a show. They showed only completely unrideable bikes, which are worthless. I figure if it does not corner worth a shyte, then it is worthless - no matter how cool it may look.

When my wife and I went to the MI show, she said how she was tempted to ask one of them, "Aren't you kinda old to be dressed like that?"

I would but I am hard pressed to make any kind of drive to anywhere right now for a show.

Different show. I think the Cycle World show is in the same place in 2 weeks.

Ok, But I still refuse to do the drive again. It was almost 4 hours in BS weather this morning at 3:00AM. I just really dislike looking at hundreds of booths of tractor parts, pawing through a crowd that likes what they are told to after several hours of driving.

I too have seen this in most shows I have gone to. It is quite depressing.
Truth be told, they are organized and we are not .

If enough vintage owners, "we need to make clubs" get together, and show up, it would be more inviting to others who think the way we do and a show would take on a different look and feel.

This I believe to be the truth.

Yeah, bloody terrible aren't they. Did you see my post where I foolishly sent an application to a mob here to show my bike and they sent back my entry and cheque with a scribbled note, something about, "we don't have a section for Japanese motorcycles"

Then I saw a notice posted up in the local H.D. dealers for some sort of organised ride. Big text on the bottom of the flier read "NO JAPPERS"

They are just a pack of bloody losers if you ask me.

I did get into a Cycle World Cycle Show--Local bikes had an area at the back of the hall.
They probably couldn't tell what it was--can you?

For the most part. And I can say it was not for the better. Young, yes, but they wore clothes too tight and too small for any woman of any age.

I wish I knew you were going Tom, I would of warned you NOT TOO..
I used to "work" that show when I was at the old V-Twin shop, and it was bad then.
The int'l motorcycle show is this weekend in Rosemont, and is MUCH better of a time...
