As far as brassware, what makes you think you need new? I'd use the old original Keihin parts. For the rubber seals there's aftermarket that is good enough. Some are even in viton quality.

Unless the brass is really damaged, keep and clean the original brass and change the O-rings.

I bought an unknown aftermarket set from dream305 on eBay and I was happy with the quality and fit.

For my $10 (+$7 for 2 day shipping fed ex) I got enough orings and bowl gaskets to rebuild those carbs 5 times.   Viton also available to resist ethanol fuel.
The dream305 kit I found was $38 + $4.99 shipping.   If you have old original brass parts, reuse them or sell them to me, I'm in need of 40 slows and 100 mains.

I have the stock mains, emulsion tubes, needles and seats I’d sell. Only thing is they’re from a 77 550 with PD’s.

Well that will be an interesting comparison this year as I have a 78 550k (w/ pd carbs) to wake up this summer.   I ran it last fall, but I don't recall what was in the carbs.  If I recall correctly, those have press-in slow jets.  No road tests yet.  Now that I have some experience with non-pd carbs, I don't have a preference...yet, that may change.

and the adventure continues...
