Hey Boys,
I´ve seen a lot of different Four engines over the years… all types beginning from K0 till F2.
I´m always wondering about the different Cam stamps. Atm I´m rebuilding an F1 engine. It´s cam is marked with “R2”.
Is there any list available what this markings are telling? Which model has what cam?
Regards,
Bergi

i realise that but im just saying the r2 mark doesent just appear on 750 cams, which are entirely different, the 500/550 all have the same cam,the 750s used a few different ones through the years as you know.

I believe the consensus around here is that the "R" number stamped on the cam is more of a mold number and not anything related to its specs.
