If  that distance collar is not yet back in the wheel, can you measure length with calipers ? Please.
 Do you still need a centerstand ? Do you have the pivot, Crescent or spring ?

I installed new wheel bearings on Monday, bearings are .511" wide so collar = od - 1.022"

 I meant the length of the Inner spacer aka distance collar, in case any one is stuck and needs to make one.
 Bearings are easy, you can figure out the width by their number. . Most times.
