Forgot to mention that Husqvarna has produced guns and motorcycles (known  for some as Husky banana).
Robot lawn movers and  lots of other gardening tools,  for private and  professional use.
Pewe..... Just read your note and had to chime in. I have a 25 year old SEARS (dark green) Lawn Tractor. Built to last forever, by guess who? It’s a Husky! I recently patched the cutting deck and had it powder coated. I think it will outlive me, and we use it a LOT.

Here is a fun one I found today. Type any 3 digit number followed by the word cases in a google search and you will get a Wuhan virus story. Then do it again with a different number and again Wuhan virus story. So apparently there is a virus story for every number from 100 to 999!

Maybe it's just me, but something looks pretty fishy here. Before everyone goes postal on me, yes there is a Chinese virus killing people. Too bad that so much of what they are telling us about it is conflicting at best or just plain lies/bull crap.

As for me, I don't know WTF to believe anymore.

That is interesting mate, although it makes perfect sense, what other "cases" are we talking about than the Wuhan Flu? As far as what to believe, that's easy. Millions of people in the US have it, Thousands of people in the US have died from it, and those lucky enough to recover from it have a good chance of being reinfected. Believe also that if you wear a mask when you're out in public, there's far less chance of you getting it, or you spreading it. Wash your hands properly with soap and water often and use hand sanitiser after every trip to the mall, or your favourite eatery, if you're game enough to go anywhere near a restaurant or a pub right now.

What to believe? How about any advice from a doctor or a nurse? Most politicians have very little medical training, and many are stupid. Stay safe, and good luck! ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

Yep, in fact, if you spray sanitiser (isopropyl alcohol) on your picking finger and poke it up as far as it'll go, you'll also have a nice clean nose. Hand sanitiser is also really good for finding cuts in fingers, especially after you install a paper thin copper base gasket......... ;D

I'd send you some Bill, but the post office would tell me to take it home. Before the Pandemic hit Chinese folks here were raiding all the stores for Australian made baby formula and sending tons of it home (to sell for a big profit) because the people in China didn't trust the sh1t made in China. It was getting so bad most stores put a limit on how much they could buy, as there wasn't enough for Aussie kids. The pr1cks were just driving their Mercedes and BMW SUV's from store to store, loading them up. Arseholes. ;D

Ebola already made an appearance in the US with several cases in a few different locations. Made quite the stir but nothing like the media frenzy of SARS-COV-2 COVID-19.

Ebola already made an appearance in the US with several cases in a few different locations. Made quite the stir but nothing like the media frenzy of SARS-COV-2 COVID-19.

Not too difficult to understand David, only 11 cases in total, 9 contracted outside of the US, and only 2 died. Compared to any other cause of death in the US, it doesn't even make it into the bottom 100.

From Wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ebola_virus_cases_in_the_United_States

"Four laboratory-confirmed cases of Ebola virus disease (commonly known as "Ebola") occurred in the United States in 2014.[3] Eleven cases were reported, including these four cases and seven cases medically evacuated from other countries; the first was reported in September 2014.[4] Nine of the people contracted the disease outside the US and traveled into the country, either as regular airline passengers or as medical evacuees; of those nine, two died. Two people contracted Ebola in the United States. Both were nurses who treated an Ebola patient; both recovered"

The fear and panic created by Ebola in the US, especially after the nurses contracted it was amazing. People thinking they had it were showing up in droves. It was pretty strange. The media learned a lot on how they could stoke panic in that crisis and they have refined it in the COVID-19 age. Don't get me wrong, COVID-19 is very real and very serious for those who get bad cases. My niece who is a doctor treated a lot of cases of it just north of Boston in the hardest hit area in Massachusetts.

Back when sanitizer was impossible to find, my wife bought a gallon of alcohol from the hardware store and made up batches of sanitizer.  Her "cocktail" was very strong, but I keep a small bottle in my truck and use it several times a day.

What is the deal with people not wanting to use masks?  I have a couple and put 'em on whenever I enter a store or place of business.

Though I might question just how effective some of these masks really are or how some people wear them its really very easy to just slip one on and play by the rules and do what we all can do in a responsible manner to slow this thing down. From an "expert" I was listening to once he said the most important thing is to keep you hands clean and your fingers off your face/mouth etc..
I do feel empathy for store workers and other people who have to wear those things for hours on end especially in an environment that may be on the hot side or where physical exertion is required.  Makes my glasses steam up thinking about it.  ;)

10+ ;)
BTW, it was reported today that one of the major labs in AZ had a back-log of over 60,000 tests from the recent testing "blitz", with delays of up to three weeks for results. Given the current rate of 25% infections, this could mean 15,000 cases. The long delays make contact tracing impossible.

I work in a assembly plant and you have to wear a mask at all times, except when eating and drinking.

Course they shut the cafeteria down, so only vending machines.

I wear my mask all day sitting at a desk in the middle of the factory floor. All workers have to wear them too.

The ironic part is, the salary people in the comfortable and cool offices don't have to wear them while at their desk.

I am however, getting used to wearing this thing, so now it's no big deal.

I frequent the PX and commissary on a military post and it is mandatory to wear mask in any and all facilities.
If it ain't raining, I'm riding.....~~{iii}?~~prost

If it sounds like I know what I'm talking about, it's because I cut and pasted from someone else.

Wilbur, for the I.P.A. Try some of the good auto detail suppliers. They use it for a clean wipe down between the polish and final wax/seal step when doing high end detailing. Just a thought.

Just read in todays paper that a lot of the money the chinese people used to buy the baby formula was supplied by chinese drug dealers to launder money.

You need baby coupons to buy baby articles.
If you do not have a baby in need, not allowed to buy.

Export can be possible by licenced aussy owned companies. Stop plundering of stores by greedy persons that will make a profit or clean dirty money, the countries own baby people will suffer.

Why doesn't that surprise me Ken? The housing market in Melbourne went thru the roof a couple of years ago when Chinese buyers were flooding the market and paying ridiculous prices for houses, then just locking them up and leaving them empty. One theory was that the crooked Chinese CCP officials were doing it to hide bribe money paid by various infrastructure contractors for big contracts from the Communist Party (one CCP official in Beijing had his house raided this week and they found $70M USD hidden around his house) and didn't care if the houses went to ruin, the real estate was what was worth the money.

I was watching a Chinese political science professor explain that the CCP is controlled by 4 Chinese families and organised crime, and has been since Mao took over China 70 years ago. So much for "All property is owned by the community and each person contributes and receives according to their ability and needs" buncha carnts........... ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"
