the death rate in the united states is way down. New Mexico has the highest % of virus patients per hospitals at only 25%, followed by florida at 14%. There is no massive over capacity problem. Testing per capita is at an all time high in the U.S. compared to any other country. So, make a guess as to why the U.S. cases show a drastic increase.
Also, the case numbers are skewed as we know people who got in line to be tested, got tired of waiting, went home without being tested and received a notice in the mail saying they tested positive. The ohio governor just reported he tested positive one day and then negative the next day. Do you think he is the only one? Also, if your in the hospital with the virus, you get tested every day and included in the positive case number total for that day....Also, it's finally come to light that hospitals get extra money for a wuhan virus death case compared to a " normal" death......
I can also give anecdotal stories and reports from : a P.A. son in Colorado who has seen no cases in their practice. Another son who is a doctor in the navy in North Carolina who has seen none. His wife, who is a nurse in a different hospital is not allowed overtime because they don't need her. Another daughter-in-law in Wichita,KS ., who is a nurse who also can't work extra hours .
My girlfriend's daughter-in-law's mother got the virus months ago, basically didn't know it, but no one else came down with it in the house, nor did we. We've had get together's with the daughter-in-law over the last few months.
